Licenses are drafted in a win-win situation in such a form that licensor and licensee will benefit from the arrangement. Our team of attorneys and innovators are always looking to review your own proposals as well - we may accept stock or revenue sharing programs as part of those agreements. Additionally, our documentation will maximize the licenses use and we are open to signing mutual NDAs in order to support proprietary technologies and adapt our innovations to your needs.

Consulting and technology transfer
We follow a technology transfer procedure in which the inventors themselves are involved as consultants. In our two step process, our technologies are licensed and fully transferred to our clients. These two stages are followed and supervised by our staff. Our innovators and staff can train, document, and lead a technology and software integration stage to your business.
Research and Development
We are innovators - creative thinkers with great ideas - that's why we invest a great percentage of our profits into R&D. We partner with academic institutions and small businesses developing and improving our innovations. Ideas are taken to a prototype level maintaining our mobile technology focus. Please contact our team to review R&D proposals especially coming from academic environments. We also would like to hear from "Entrepreneurship Clubs" at major universities to discuss potential pre-licensing agreements with startup businesses.
Military and Aerospace Applications
We understand the needs for simulation/emulation environments in a high-performance scenarios, specially warfare. Our technology allows military communications to be delivered and tested before deployment, UAVs, air-to-ground command operations, and many others. Our emulator decreases risk of equipment/process failure as being integrated in training/simulation exercises.
