Technology Licensing
Our goal is to provide licensing agreements to allow rapid commercialization of our mobile products. Lcensing agreements are drafted in a win-win situation in such a form that licensor and licensee will benefit from the licensing. Our team of attorneys and innovators is always looking to review your own proposals as well, we may accept stock or revenenue sharing programs as part of those agreements.
Our mission is to foster our invention portfolio by licensing of the intellectual property, by granting licenses for our patented and copyrighted inventions, to both existing and startup companies to develop commercially successful products
Consulting and technology transfer
We follow a technology transfer procedure in which the inventors themselves are involved as consultants. In our two step process, our technologies are licensed and fully transferred to our clients. These two stages are followed and supervised by our staff. Our innovators and staff can train, document, and lead a technology and software integration stage to your business.
Research and Development
We are innovators, creative thinkers with great ideas, that's why we invest a great percentage of our profits into R&D. We partner with academic institutions and small businesses develping and improving our innovations. Ideas are taken to a prototype level maintainig our mobile technology focus. Please contact our team to review R&D proposals specially coming from academic environments. We also would like to listen from "Entrepreneurs Clubs" at major universities to discuss potental pre-licensing agreements with startup businesses
