Rob has 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience from leading Fortune 500 companies representing various industries including energy, manufacturing, and branded consumer products. Rob is currently the Strategy & Planning manager for a $3 billion function of BP. His diverse roles in BP included managing teams in Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial controls, and project management. Prior to BP, Rob was the regional Head of Internal Audit for the North American division of a $6 billion UK food ingredients company. Rob has held leadership roles in BP America, Tate & Lyle plc, and Sara Lee Corporation.

While at Motorola, Edward has filed 8 patents and has specialized in mobile Bluetooth software architecture, development, and testing. More recently, he has focused on user experience and user interfaces, and continues to pursue new ideas in social networking and software usability. His expert sense for design and utility, combined with his strong technical background have made him uniquely valuable in project definition and idea generation. In addition to his work in technology, Edward has actively volunteered to organize his community to engage the homeless of South Florida, through an organization called LoveBags. LoveBags is deeply committed to change through relationships, believing that a personal friendship is critical to lifting a chronically homeless individual off the street. Edward has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision of LoveBags and has provided leadership in fundraising, partnerships, and operations. Edward also enjoys documentary filmmaking and has been an editor for several projects including Warner Music Group.
