Phil Viscomi, Interim CEO
Entrepreneur with extensive background in management and engineering. Phil's experience include management positions at COMPAQ, IBM, and DEC, as well as Interfuse's CEO posiiton in Boca Raton in 2002-2008. Phil has a degree in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering from University of New Haven and Wharton School of Management/Digital Equipment Internal Business Masters Program as well as an Executive management development programs at Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, and Harvard Business School
Yuen On Lee, MSEE, MBA, Chief Technology Officer
Yuen is a graduate from Virginia Tech with a MS in Electrical Engineering with great experience in Smart Arrays/Antenna,Radar, Digital Circuits, and filter design. He has work for several companies, including Sawtek and Triquint. Yuen also holds an MBA and speaks fluent spanish/chinese.

Daniel Rmirez, VP of Aerospace & Military Applications
Dan is a graudate with a MA in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle in 2007, with broad experience as a professional pilot.
Kristofer Newcamp, Chief Financial Officer
Kristofer Newcamp received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in May of 2009. While attending UF Kris was recognized as a National Merit scholarship recipient and served as the Treasurer of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ambassadors. He is currently pursuing the Master's of Accounting at Kennesaw State University where he serves as the President-Elect of Beta Alpha Psi. Kris has worked with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a financial representative intern, directed the internship program for web startup TriFame.com, as well as consulted for various startup opportunities. Kris resides in Kennesaw, Georgia and enjoys chess, cooking, and reading.
Sin Jin Lee, Marketing and Sales Director
A product evangelist and entrepreneur, Sin Jin is a graduate from the University of Florida (Economics) and a founding member of GrooveShark in Gainesville. He was an active member and ex-president of The Entrepreneurs Club (TEC). Sin Jin speaks fluent Korean.

Jim Tracey
Founder of Future Product innovations in 2008 with more than two decades of product design and invention of new technologies as part of Motorola. Jim developed emerging technologies and secured Intellectual Property, as well as held roles as Product Development Manager, Staff Engineer, and many others. Jim Tracey was one of the most prolific inventors at Motorola Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Design and Manufacturing from Western Michigan University.
Marc Boillot, PhD, MBA
Founder of Navisense, Marc has been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years, with emphasis in audio and speech processing. He recently practiced patent law at Akerman-Senterfitt (2005-2007), Florida.s largest law firm, drafting and prosecuting numerous patents for AT&T, IBM, Motorola. Prior, he was a Principal Staff DSP Software Engineer with Motorola (1998-2005), and involved in the evaluation, development, and integration of audio and voice processing systems. Prior he worked as a research contractor at ECL (1997) with the U.S. Army Lab in radar pattern recognition systems. He is a Sun Microsystems Certified Java Programmer. Marc is admitted to the U.S. Patent Bar (Reg. No. 56,164), has 8 issued patents and over 30 patents pending. He received his MBA and Ph.D. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering both from the University of Florida while working full time in industry.
Robert Yoe, CPA
Rob has 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience from leading Fortune 500 companies representing various industries including energy, manufacturing, and branded consumer products. Rob is currently the Strategy & Planning manager for a $3 billion function of BP. His diverse roles in BP included managing teams in Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial controls, and project management. Prior to BP, Rob was the regional Head of Internal Audit for the North American division of a $6 billion UK food ingredients company. Rob has held leadership roles in BP America, Tate & Lyle plc, and Sara Lee Corporation.
Angel Torres, MBA, MPP, MS
Angel is a Managing Partner at WKA LLC where he focuses on Private Equity and M&A transactions in highly regulated industries and with value equal or greater to $1B. Prior to WKA LLC, Angel worked as a management consultant for Oliver Wyman and Deloitte and as a Corporate M&A associate for Phlips Semiconductors. He is a part-time Masters student of public policy at U. of Chicago and has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, an MS from the U. of Florida and a Bachelors from U. of Puerto Rico.
Edward Gilmore
Ed is currently a senior software engineer at Motorola where he joined in 2003, after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Computer Science. While at Motorola, Edward has filed 8 patents and has specialized in mobile Bluetooth software architecture, development, and testing. More recently, he has focused on user experience and user interfaces, and continues to pursue new ideas in social networking and software usability. His expert sense for design and utility, combined with his strong technical background have made him uniquely valuable in project definition and idea generation. In addition to his work in technology, Edward has actively volunteered to organize his community to engage the homeless of South Florida, through an organization called LoveBags. LoveBags is deeply committed to change through relationships, believing that a personal friendship is critical to lifting a chronically homeless individual off the street. Edward has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision of LoveBags and has provided leadership in fundraising, partnerships, and operations. Edward also enjoys documentary filmmaking and has been an editor for several projects including Warner Music Group.
